I aspire to remain a co-creation producer who helps shape the Next Stage for Senyou.
Believing in the potential of individuals, I aim to lead 'Next Stage Production' that empowers both people and organizations to evolve through challenge.
Together with Senyou (comrades) who embody 'Professionalism × Challenge × Seriousness', I strive to co-create the Next Stage of careers and businesses by balancing repetable systems and passion.
I walk alongside those taking on challenges that cannot be achieved alone, helping transform individual uniqueness into social value through collaboration.
Through these ventures, my ultimate goal is to build a 'Senyou Economic Zone' where challenges spark growth and value continues to circulate.
From resonance to alignment, and opening the future together — creating a continuous chain of such co-creation is the mission I hold dear.

Born in 1989.
Started my career at an HRTech startup as a new graduate. Within a few years, I took on the role of COO, leading overall business strategy, building and managing the sales organization, and driving over 300% year-over-year business growth.
Later joined LINE Corporation, where I was involved in new business development and the launch of corporate services.
Founded Senyou Inc. in 2020. Currently operating multiple businesses including Softeware Engineering Service, freelance agency services, and lab-based development, supporting the careers of professional talent.
Now expanding operations toward realizing the 'Senyou Economic Zone,' including entry into the Southeast Asian market and establishment of a fund.
